as of today, for some reason, my account is not receiving emails, please help ...
PLEASE HELP I set up an account today and already forgot the email and the password!! Iv got some vouchers coming through on it tomorrow so really need to get on Iv tried all manner of combinations is there anything I can do to retrieve it

We've been using hotmail/outlook for 3 years with very little trouble, however we now seem to be having quite major issues. We dont seem to be able to find previous e-mails to and from our customers by putting there e-mail address in the search bar ? Its
always usually worked but now we dont seem to be able to pull them up at all ?? PLEASE HELP
I am unable to agree to updated terms of use. Every time I try, the website logs me out of my account.
I have not used my account for a while. However, in the past, my account was attached to my brother's account. May be this has something to do with this issue.

The email address associated with this account is not receiving email.
It is sending email.
The problem manifested sometime within the last 57h, ie: after 14.00GMT+1 on 18/10/2013
Relating to the config of the problem account:
There are no forwards defined.
Filters are at default.
The messages are not in my junk or anywhere else; they are not being received at all.
There are no rules deleting incoming messages.
All the accounts used to send mail to the problem account for testing are whitelisted on the problem account.
Have tried accessing using different browsers, machines and operating systems (Firefox 24, IE10, IE8 - Win7Pro, Server2008R2, Server2003R2),
Cookies, temp data and DNS cache have been flushed; no change. The 2 server boxes tried above had no history related to outlook.com anyway and run on a different network and config to my home box; different carrier, different DNS etc.
Have tried sending mail:
1) From problem account primary alias to problem account primary alias - have received 1 out of 5
2) From problem account primary alias to alias of problem account - they do not arrive.
3) From problem account alias to problem account alias - they do not arrive.
3) From Gmail account to problem email account primary alias - they do not arrive.
4) From a different (working) outlook.com account to problem account - they do not arrive.
5) From my works address to problem account - they do not arrive.
5.5) Confirmed the messages from my works address are being routed to:
'snt0-mc3-f33.snt0.hotmail.com'
'bay0-mc3-f16.bay0.hotmail.com'
'col0-mc2-f52.col0.hotmail.com'
for the 3 test emails I sent which have not been received.
6) Confirmed my works address hasn't been blacklisted.
7) Have set up a forward (also delivering mail to local mailbox) to my works address to see if mail will at least be delivered somewhere; nothing received there yet either. Forward removed.
Assistance in resolving this matter would be much appreciated.

I have installed the New Windows 8.1 on my PC yesterday. The previous version was Windows 8 single language pre installed by the manufactures. After downloading the upgraded version. There watermark on the right hand side that states "secure boot is not

I have linked my skype account to outlook.com and I can see the skype logo when I click the messaging icon but I don't see any of my skype contacts even though they are available on skype. Don't get any notifications if they send me a message either.
Hi there. I'm suddenly getting the "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment" problem with my emails. It appears that it may have been happening since friday 18th october 2013.
This is being typed by my technical assistent (brother) who has tried accessing it using Opera v12.6 , Firefox v24.0 and IE10 version10.0.9200.16721 all from a windows 7 pc with all the latest updates, and also from a mobile phone.
On the PC browsers, the caches were all flushed to no avail. Also the hotmail account password was changed to no avail.
The forums show that this is a regular, recurring problem and that the common recommendation of flushing caches, changing browsers and altering passwords do not work.
Please can you recommend any steps to correct this probem, or estimate when when issue will be fixed?
