Is outlook currently down? As I get this message "sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook at the moment" when trying to sign in?

I am attempting to arrange an email from a domain hosted by godaddy. The domain is cashflowtuna.com. It is a commercial finance knowledge base and sales site.
Can you please help me figure out why this is happening?

Do I need to sign up for a new email account with each of these, outlook and skydive to use them?
I clicked on the info page and tried clicking on account set up and nothing happens. I get an error message that says: Internet mail is not registered properly reinstall. Does this mean that I have to reinstall outlook? My internet is working fine.
As the title says, since upgrading to 8.1, the Skydrive app can browse files, but can't open any of them--I get a brief download box that stays at 0%, followed by an get an error message, "1 interrupt Action", Error 0x800040A41: No Error Description Available.
I can still access Skydrive from Word or other programs, but I prefer having a shortcut to see all my files and open the program the file needs. What happened?
For the last week I have been getting spam/junk mail in my inbox. When viewing the 'email source' my own email address in in the 'from' section. I can't add the spam to blocked sender because the spam/junk email address is different everytime. I've tried
the creating a new rule with "if sender's email address does not contain an @" but this isn't working. Can anyone help?
I haven't been getting any e mails all day to my Hotmail address. I know some have been sent, as I'm working and having communication with people. I've tested by sending myself an e mail from another account and it hasn't come through. I am able to send
mails, just not receive them.
I've checked all my filters, junk folder, reset password, tried different browsers etc but none of my mail is coming through. Seeing all the replies here, it's obviously an Outlook problem.
Please help, as I'm so reliant on getting my e mails for work. I can't work if I can't answer any mails. Thank you.

When starting the signup process when i enter my domain I keep getting the error message:
This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.
However the domain doesn't appear to have a protected word (not that i would have thought) and it doesn't contact inappropriate language?
I tried online support (chat) and they referred me back to here to ask for support
