Hello I cannot access my hotmail emails. I have just changed to an outlook address in my iPad settings and now they have disappeared. Help I need those emails
Hello all

I am using Windows Live Admin Center for my domain genshen.com.tw to provide Outlook and Skydrive services to our company.  I created MX records successfully to prove domain ownership, however recently our emails have again been showing as follows:

*** Email address is removed for privacy *** on behalf of XXXX XXXXXXXX (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) exact emails removed for privacy purposes

I recalled this being an issue before I proved domain ownership, and sure enough having checked the Admin Center it is once again asking for me to provide MX records to provide ownership, even though they were correct just a short time ago (23/9/2013).

I have tried overwriting the MX records with the current (identical) MX records provided in the admin center with no luck - after refreshing it still shows as suspended.

Please can someone confirm what the issue is.
can NOT get into my skydrive account.. have a lot of albums that before skydrive i had not any problem getting to them!
It seems that I just add an alias to bring over existing emails. My Surface tablet recognizes one of my Cox.Net accounts but on the other two, I receive the message that name Is already taken. I'm using the "Add" feature because the change will not allow me to repopulate the space with Net instead of Com.

How can I resolve this? Please be specific as I'm not that experienced. Thanks NL
This is an awful error!!!!
I have copy and pasted a list of e-mails that is correct into the BCC line. All e-mails that came up in a red box I corrected. I have no red boxes and all e-mails are accurate. I am trying to send an e-mail to approximately 240 people. I keep receiving the above error. Each time I remove one of the names it claims that another name is incorrect. I have seen several people with the same complaint on here and I have no desire to use a different program. You are one of the largest technology companies in the WORLD. FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!!!! Your program should not be set to try and "assume" what it "thinks" is an error in an e-mail address.

A very disgruntled Microsoft user, likely to leave if you don't fix this!

I recently moved my custom domain (twelve23.net) to work with outlook.com. One of my users however can't remember their password and I have no option to reset their password from the domain administration level. Please assist.

Trying to add domain names at https://domains.live.com/Signup/SignupDomain.aspx

Get error: This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

Seems it affect all domains containing my lastname "herbst" eg. herbst.pro, herbstdata.dk, herbstholding.dk,
herbstdata.com, herbstholding.com etc,

For now domains is not to be used for webhosting - only e-mail.

Please correct your backend.

Best regards

Thanks a lot for the link, Joy! While I'm here I have one more small question that isn't really worth starting a new thread for. When I was using Windows 8, files/folders that were in my SkyDrive folder would have a green icon on them to show that they were synced. Now, in Windows 8.1, those icons don't show up. I do see the blue icon appear on them as files/folders are uploading. Is that how it's supposed to work in 8.1? i.e. have you guys removed those "synced" icons? Thanks again.

I have a Microsoft Exchange account for work, and I have another account set up in my Outlook for a charity that I do work for as well. I previously had a problem where I was unable to send emails for the charity account from home internet connection, but I could from my work wifi or aircard (the emails will just sit in my Outbox and its says "Sending message 1 of 1" but it never sends. Now for some reason I can no longer send from my aircard either which leaves me very limited with being able to send emails for my charity work, as I am often not in the office to use that wifi connection.

Can someone please help get it working on my home wifi or aircard again?

Hi. We recently moved our hosting to Outlook.com, but discovered after a week that a significant (30+) number of genuine emails were getting automatically moved to the junk (spam)  folder. We can only access the spam folder via the web client, as when using a PC/Mac mail client (eg Outlook for Mac etc, - I am on Outlook for Mac 2011 14.3.7, but mail clients used vary) these emails don't get sent to our email clients (using POP) - which means that we have missed several important emails as we generally check email via the Outlook for Mac etc, not the web client.

Is there any way to lower the spam blocking settings? I'd rather get a certain amount of spam than miss out on real emails...
