assigned tasks not showing in outlook 2013

I am testing the Task functionality in Outlook.com and comparing it to Exchange Server task functionality.  I am using Outlook 2013 to access my Outlook.com account.  When I create a task in Outlook 2013 and assign the task to another OUTLOOK.COM user here is what happens:


1.  They log into their Outlook.com account via web browser - the assigned tasks shows up in their inbox.

2.  They log into their Outlook.com account via Outlook 2013 desktop app - the assigned tasks DOES NOT show up in their inbox?


My Questions:


1.  Why does it not show up when accessing via Outlook 2013 desktop app?

2.  How do you properly assign a tasks using the Outlook.com platform (web browser and Outlook 2013)?

I set up everything was fine for the domain adlcapital.com but having an issue when sending and receiving mails to one domain in particular (saif-capital.com)

Where i get the following error. 

This happens to all accounts on saif-capital.com mails and the accounts are valid and they get and send mails to all the rest but not to adlcapital.com

The error message is 

Final-Recipient: rfc822;*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Action: failed
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic-Code: smtp;550-Verification failed for <*** Email address is removed for privacy ***>
550-No Such User Here"
550 Sender verify failed

How do i resolve this issue

Lost all emails from Sept 2013 backwards

I see from this post that something has happened to OUtlook and nobody from Microsoft want to accept that its possibly an error in the system

I pay for extra storage per year so that I can have all the emails

Change a Skydrive Folder Icon?

Currently each of my Skydrive folders displays an icon (usually one of the folder's files).

How can I change this so that instead the folders show a generic (or no) icon?

lost all emails from the last 14 years

Hi,
My very first account was this hotmail account. I've logged in several times in the last year (the last in the beginning of this year) and everything seemed fine.
I've noticed now that I've been upgraded to the new outlook.com account (but still able to login with the hotmail credentials) but lost everything. All emails, all contacts...all of it.

These are very important emails that I wanted to keep (some from people that aren't even around anymore) and I trusted hotmail (or microsoft) to keep them in a safe place as a email service provider.

I've read some threads that this happens for accounts that had no activity in 365 days...but I've logging in the past few months.

Is there any chance at all that I can recover this and save them on a hard copy?

Adding a new account to my outlook.com account gives me an error

I want to manage all my emails from one place. So I wanted to add my work email @mydomain.com, which I use outlook to manage, to my personal email account, but I keep getting an error!

Note: I use outlook to manage my work email @mydomain.com, not the server email system. 

Can’t remove the domain hotmail.com from my blockers list

I'm not receiving emails coming from certain emails from the domain hotmail.com
I tried many times to remove the domain hotmail.com from my blockers list but it comes back after refreshing the page.
Please help.

I have been trying to access another account which I use for Azure access amongst other things and it keeps telling me
