Help! I still cannot attach files to outgoing email even after going through the reset steps and restarting my computer.

I have SkyDrive applications installed on two machines -- a Windows 7 laptop and a Windows Surface Pro (8.0).  Historically, synchronization between the two has worked without issue, and I have not changed anything on my account.  I have confirmed that I can log into SkyDrive online.

 

On the laptop, as of today all of my files in the local SkyDrive folder have the "need to sync" icon (kind of a blue icon with circular arrows.)  On the Surface Pro tablet, none of the files have ANY SkyDrive icon (neither the green checkbox indicating the file is in sync, nor the blue "need to sync" icon.)

 

On the laptop, the SkyDrive icon has the green "doing something" indicator, and when I hover over it, it says "SkyDrive - signing in."

 

On the Surface Pro, there is no SkyDrive icon in the system tray at all.

 

On the laptop, I've created a test text file in the local directory, and confirmed that when I log into SkyDrive in the cloud, through IE10, the file does not appear.

 

On the Surface Pro, I've created another test text file (with a different name) in the local directory, and confirmed that when I log into SkyDrive in the cloud through the browser, or when I used the "tiled" app for SkyDrive on the tablet, the text file does not appear.

 

Can someone please help?

Since, Monday, I can open my emails, but, I cannot access the 'body' of the email.  I can add addresses to send and write info in the 'subject' line, but, I cannot write a new email or when I 'forward/reply', it will enter the address, but, it will not forward the original email.   I can do normal correspondence on other computers.

Why won't e-mail contact link bring e-mail address up on Outlook instead of Windows where it will not send?
I used to have 3 accounts linked, and use just one ID to access my email. Since microsoft ended linked accounts service, i cant login to the other accounts cause i dont remember the username/id for those accounts. How can i recover those username?
For about a day and a half I can't access old emails. I just get the message Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again, or refresh the page.
I also can't send or receive email. I have tried multiple browsers and multiple computers with the same results. When trying a different account everything works normally. I have changed the password and emptied the cache and temporary files and cookies.
When I log into my email in less than 10 seconds I am diverted to yahoo search stating the install converter our toolbar notfound.

Could anyone please give me advice why this is happening

I have two hotmail accounts, on both my ipad and iphone ... it CONSTANTLY asks for a password. I can go to account, enter it and it gets verified.  10 minutes later, it is asking for a password again, saying password incorrect.  I have:

  • Tried changing the password shorter has some blogs say. 
  • I have made them have different passwords. 
  • I have tried deleting the account, restoring the phone and recreating.  
  • It continues after the IOS 7.03 upgrade

Nothing.  Still having this issue for going on 3 months.  It is very irritating, but it seems like I am caught between MSFT and Apple.  Any ideas?


And, my exchange and gmail accounts are working just fine without this issue.  Exchange might ask for a password once a month or so, but nothing like hotmail.
