I have tried to complete the online form, but it just returns the form empty with no error messages. 

I have tried to complete the form from multiple browser types and versions, even different computers. There are no error or informational messages are displayed so I have no idea why it won't submit. It just returns me to the form and it's now blank.

I am signed in with a live.com account when I attempt to complete the form.

I need to get this resolved, is there any other contact method? even if it is paid?

I have an unusual problem and I need your help, if it's possible.

I have 3 computers synchronized each other (win 8.1).

In one of them I deleted one folder.

In this folder was a file with the extension .ff_lock (from a sync tool)

After that in the computer I deleted the file, I get an error "Files can't be uploaded because there's a problem with a File or Folder"


The easy way to solve the problem is to restore from recycle on SkyDrive from web, but unfortunately I deleted too.

The other 2 computers they don't have the file, but they also don't have problem.

I removed all files from skydrive and putted back again but nothing, the error still exists.


I'm afraid that the extension with the word "lock" means something for the application.

We can make up to 50 accounts with domains.live.com. But I am wondering if I turn on Open Membership if that will eat up my 50 or does those sign ups not count as part of the 50

Every thing that comes up in the search asking this gets replies as "We changed your account limit" but does not answer the simple question of does it count as part of the 50 or not?

I want this answer before I turn it on or not.
Due to sync settings with my primary MS account, I created an alias account to use as my go to email moving forward. I am keeping the primary MS account but no syncing email on my phone with it.

Now that I have an alias, I tested it and it works fine because I can control the sync settings for email, calendars, etc...BUT..when I send the email, it comes from my Primary account to users?
If that is the case, should I just give users my Primary MS email account and not my alias email account? And if I do that, is the alias account just for me to know and no-one else? Having hard time understanding alias account. On my pc, I have 2 MS Acct's and its all the same, duplicated of course with 2 different email addresses.

The only reason I have created an alias is because on my Lumia 928, under my MS Primary email acct, I could not sync manually. The only option was to sync as items arrive, daily, 15mts , etc...There was no manual option and I did not like getting emails @ 2am, which is when they came in. Now that I have created an alias, I have that option but.....

I'm having difficulty understanding why I should not have just created a new MS account and not an alias?
