Setting up the Outlook.com Android app

Hi there,

 

I am experiencing a problem with the outlook android app. I am not receiving any emails but I am able to send emails. My email account is set up with the normal Email program for android, for which I needed to set up the server settings. I cannot find any such option for the outlook app, however. Is somebody able to help?

incorrect name used when sending emails

i changed my name on my account over a year ago.  when i send emails it uses my old name.  how do i fix this?  if you go into my account information it shows my correct last name. 

Emails not Displaying

I have a hotmail account that is not displaying HTML emails. It lists them as having arrived in my inbox, but there is no way to view them. When I click reply (thinking the message might appear) and there is still nothing there. I have tried on multiple browsers and on multiple computers, and the problem persists. I have also cleared the cache on all of my browsers. I sent a test text message from another account, and that comes through fine. 

Hotmail just loads and loads.

Hotmail just loads and loads on Explorer.  Live.com works fine.  Hotmail works on FireFox.

Cannot send to multiple addresses

I have 30 addresses and when I select that folder and click "send", the message does not show in my sent folder and I cannot be sure that the message has been sent.

I am having account verification codes being sent to my phone without my permission. I was wondering if someone is trying to access my account as I know my account details fine. Thank you

I send an email, and I expect a copy in my sent folder but no that does not happen

in hotmail I thought the new emails I send would put a copy of the email into a folder called "sent".  New emails created in outlook seem to be gone forever and sometimes I need to know what I sent.  Oh well there is always pencil and paper.

increase user accounts

Hello Support team, 

Please increase the number of user accounts to max, currently they are 50 and my custom domain name is mecwel.com
at the time of signup i see there are 500 free user accounts but was assigned only 50. Please help me and add more accounts to the domain.
my website is a small business consulting firm.
