After signing in to email account the page is blank, yet home page will reflect having x amount of unread messages..

I cant access my Hotmail account and there is a lot information on it. It appears to of been either hacked or locked last weekend. and when I fill out the information to recover the account I can't supply enough info to pass security. Am i fighting a losing
battle and should i give in and switch to Gmail as my primary email. Please HELP! I am a long term Hotmail user and be a shame to lose all that mail.

I have two accounts, one in windowslive.com and live.com with skydrive storage. After not checking these accounts for a while I tried to access these accounts recently and I received messages saying both these accounts are not valid accounts. I need to
access these accounts due to the fact that I have important documents stored in the skydrive. Is there any way I can reach these accounts to retrieve my files under the skydrive?

I'm looking at a Family Safety weekly report on one of the child accounts that is several weeks old. There is a hyperlink for "See More". I click on that expecting to see more about the data for that week. Instead it shows me the current week data. Is

In the admin centre there is option of suspending the email account or deleting the email account , whereas no option of renaming the email id or reseting the password. i had both these options in the google apps .
