I have tried all of the automated password reset links Microsoft has available. The reset form gets rejected. Any ideas?

I will fill in what my previous complaint was, I have posted since earlier this year with this problem and never get help.

Ok awhile back I tried signing in to my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account. I have had this account since 1999 and never had problems. Due to its age EVERYTHING I started to do went through it, paypal, facebook, youtube, Xbox membership the works. Then the outlook takeover happened. And then my account got blocked. No reason. 1 day went to sign in blocked.

Upon signing in I got the usual links this is blocked if you want to unblock click links, do security check, pass it and still nothing.
EVERYTIME I ring....I spend about 40minutes explaining my problem, giving new reference numbers to different people, and STILL get sent exactly the same thing...a password reset link. THIS DOES NOT WORK ON BLOCKED ACCOUNTS! I tell them and they say please just click the link, I have done it so many times now I have changed my password over 40 times to random words I see in the house while on the phone to them, even telling them it will not work, they say they'll ring back, and never do.
Only 1 time did I make progress, and that was a congratulations you can unblock your account by clicking this link, to click it and the link not working.....on ANY internet browser(chrome, firefox...even explorer) on 3 different laptops...in 2 different houses.
My main reason of my anger is due to the same link to reset password being passed to me at least 10 times a day, it not working and my kids wanting to go on his xbox account)and mine for the 60+k achievement score and live) but can't because you have to sign in with the blocked account to change the email.....
I have done all the basics, cleared cache, passwords cookies etc, it literally happened as outlook took over and has made my life a quarter impossible due to my online transactions being lost to me.
The most annoying response is

I KNOW! I was HACKED! I have never had trouble like this before in ALL the years since '99 I have used it, so it kinda annoys me how I'm a paying customer to Xbox and ebay and now can't even do basics due to a stupid mistake

I made a hotmail account a very long time ago and this was my main email, I used it for everything. However about a year ago, I tried to log in and found out that someone had tried to access my account (I think this is doubtful however, I think it was
me getting my password wrong or something) anyway, I have tried numerous times to fill out the account recovery form and (bearing in mind this account was created like 5-6 years ago) I've forgotten most of my account information, such as previously sent emails,
subject, etc. and I keep getting the 'there wasn't sufficient information for us to validate your account ownership' email reply. I've got by for a while now, transferring my mains emailing needs to a newer account, however I haven't been able to change my
xbox live account email address and now it's kind of playing up. Is there anything I can do, even though I've forgotten too much of my info, to get my accounts back?

My inbox indicator on the left hand side of the screen says that there are a number of new emails but when I look through my inbox there are no visible new highlighted emails there......I am getting married shortly so concerned I may be missing something

It sometimes takes the account fine, but then gives the error that can't contact the exchange server and sometimes it won't get past the part where you send the credentials.
I would rather not post my email address to the public, so if you need that information, please give me information on how to send you that in regards to this issue.
