Hi there, 

Trying to create outlook.com mail services for my custom domain www.hannah-illustrates.co.uk and keep getting the message  "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language. Please contact support if you feel this is not the case.

I have already created a question once for this:

However Microsoft support have clearly forgotten about this! I would like to get this resolved ASAP,

      It is now September, but I wish to view messages sent to me in May and June. They no longer appear on my account. Is there any way I can still get to them? Any help gratefully received.

      someone used my account and deleted some of my important emails, i changed the password and i can open my account, but i cant see the emails which was deleted.. the emails and the conversation was with these emails

      I have two old Microsoft accounts; one is a Hotmail account, the other a free MSN account (found the sign up link a few years back). I'd like to close both as they are no longer used, the problem is billing services won't let me! I seem to be stuck in a loop that so many other people accross these forums are - please help?!

      I'm able to provide both account addresses and unique IDs

      I've operated a hotmail email a/c for a long time. Soon this will be transferred to outlook.com.

      My question is this: I now need a second email account. Can I have two hotmail/outlook email accounts?

      Outlook/Hotmail needs security info and directs me to an email address I had 15 years ago that I can’t access now.

      When I try to sign into Hotmail I am being told I need to answer questions within 5 days to "increase security".  When I answer the question, it says a "code" is being sent, but it is being sent to an email address that I had over 15 years ago with Comcast.  I can't even access that email.  So, willl my Hotmail account that I have been using for 15 years get shut down?  How to avoid this?  I don't even know if I will be able to see any responses to my query on this forum as my "handle" here does not match my Hotmail handle.  I am so frustrated that I can't even formulate proper questions.  Any wisdom?

      How do I need to configure Skydrive to synchronize automatically every time I load a new file in the SkyDrive folder in the desktop?
      I have save several files in the desktop folder of Skydrive but I cannot see them in the cloud yet.
