How do I prevent my email account from being closed/deleted if I am unable to access it in 6 months? When my email account was first opened, the rules were that I had to access the account at least once every 30 days. Is this still true? How can I prevent my email account from being deleted? ** Is it possible to have all the folders in my email account saved?
I just downloaded the Outlook app on my phone and now all my emails have been deleted on both the mobile and web version.

But I do not have a POP folder and have looked everywhere. PLEASE HELP as I need my car insurance details etc...
When I download photos to my computer, I auto correct them. But when I upload them to Skydrive most of them have rotated the wrong way and I have to manually click on each photo about three times to correct it, sometimes it continues to rotate and I have to click on the photo several times.
It is a complete time waste and I'm sure it cannot be a common occurance or no- one would be using this platform.
I would apreciate any help. I'm using Windows 7

I tried to remove an alias between two of my Hotmail accounts in order to link them together again (alias do not seem to work since hotmail has been transferred to outlook), but my account was deleted instead.

Attaching files is not working and you get a message to say that "We're still getting set up. Please try again”. This has been like this on and off now for over a year one moment it works and the next it doesn’t!!
To be honest I am really unhappy with the how outlook has been since you changed it over from the superior Hotmail to the inferior Outlook and how Micorsoft have done nothing to get it right!
Think I might start a Facebook and pay for an advertisement on Twiter regarding how appalling Outlook is since it was changed over and how Microsoft really do not care! This is not the first time I have left feedback and have had a fault with my e mail
account, which I never did with Hotmail! Furthermore, I am not the only one from what I gather on the Outlook forum!!
Before you say it, I have tried it on a different computer and browser an cleared my cache etc etc...It’s Microsoft's fault and not mine, funny how it worked when it was Hotmail!!!
