i am supposed to recieve a password reset email from @instagram.com , the email was sent but i didn't recieve it. why is that?
When I open my email page, it shows up for a few seconds, then takes me to an ASK search engine page. This happens using Firefox and doesn't seem to happen with Chrome. But, I HATE using Chrome! How can I get my email to open up without it going to this

I decided to upgrade to Windows Movie Maker 2012 (from 2011) on my 2.0GHZ laptop. However I did not check my system requirements before I installed the 2012 version (it requires min. 2.4GHZ...yes, I was stupid) and now I cannot reinstall the previous 2011
version that was working for me. I've tried several uninstalls and reinstalls of the "2011" version but it keeps reinstalling the 2012 version that won't work. I cannot find any other help with this. All the other MM2012 issues concern graphics drivers. Please
help! I was in the middle of an important project and which I now have to abandon. Does this mean I will not be able to ever use Movie Maker again on this computer???

Like many here I tried to set up an account for my son so that he could download apps onto his new phone. I set up a live.com account in his name and didn't not get asked where I was at any point so I guess it has defaulted to being the US (I am in the
UK).
Then when he tried to go to the app store we get the message that he needs parents admission so I set up a hotmail account and try to do credit card payment. For 3 weeks there has been an error and TODAY I finally get the credit card payment page and I
cannot use it because it is only for the USA.
I cannot find any way to delete my son's account so I can start again OR change anything to the UK.
How do I delete his account when every time I try to get on his account from any device I get straight to the "you need parent consent" page.
Help! I am very frustrated and fed up!

I received two e-mails recently telling me that my account information had been updated. One of the e-mails listed my mother's e-mail address and phone number as the new information and my information as the information to be deleted. I called my mother.
She said that she had been having trouble accessing her e-mail and had called an automated number for help. They sent her an automated code. She input the code and now she has access to her account. Shortly thereafter is when I received the aforementioned
e-mails telling me that my microsoft account information had been deleted and hers is now in it's place. I have searched the internet for three days to find a solution or a phone number to speak to a live person. Finally, this morning, I got in contact with
a live person to ask for help. She informed me that she could not help me and directed me to this website. I asked her to stay on the line with me while I navigated the website. She then hung up on me.
All I want is to separate the two accounts and recover my own. Will someone please help me?

My daughter has an Xbox Live account as do I. We are currently trying to sign in to her account to add a new email address to it.
When we attempt to sign it on the internet it prompts that she needs parental permission to make changes and use the account over a browser (which is fair enough).
It then asks for the parent to sign in with their Live Account. When I sign in it informs me that I will need to prove I am an adult and that I will need to make a credit card transaction. I am not sure why you need to do this when you already have my
credit card details on my account.
When I click the button to proceed it then takes me to a page where I am required to fill in my address and credit card details. However, the page seems to assume that only US citizens would want to have a Microsoft Account. The county is hardcoded to
the US and thus the page is asking for Zip and State information that I can't provide as I live in the UK.
The options for Category and Product don't really cover this either so I have had to guess the best choice.
