My email was working perfectly until a few days ago. When I logged on, rather than seeing my new emails, there is a line of typed stuff which seems to be related to advanced search. I didn't even know there was an advanced search so can't see that this
could be my fault. I can however, get my emails through Google. This problem is in using Firefox.
Why do I have to reset my password every 3 hours?
Outlook has really messed up my email accounts. I have 2 email address and can only access one. Also I can't send pictures with outlook . Give me back my Hotmail accounts and get lost Outlook.
I have a desktop PC and Laptop PC both running Windows 8. I also have a Mac Desktop at work running 10.8.5. I have a 100GB storage upgrade on my account.
Skydrive has been working fairly well on my Windows 8 PCs, but on my Mac, when I create folders or files in my Skydrive folder (locally), the files will successfully upload, will be available via the skydrive.com website, and even sometimes get downloaded
to my Windows PCs. But then, randomly, all of the files I added to Skydrive via my Mac get moved the recycle bin on Skydrive.
I have found that I can go to the recycle bin via Skydrive.com and restore the files, but it is becoming very tedious and time consuming.
Here is some of the troubleshooting I have done.
Uninstall/Reinstall of Skydrive app on Mac.
Unlink and relink account via SkyDrive app on Mac.
Restore all files on Skydrive folders on both Mac and PCs. Made sure everything was synced and all files were correlating.
Move local Skydrive folder on Mac.
Synchronized time and date settings on all computers.
Still, whenever I add files from my Mac, they end up in the recycle bin at some point on my skydrive.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I changed my primary alias on Thursday around 11 PM. Since then, when I try to access outlook.com I receive the message : "Sorry, there seems to be a problem with Outlook right now." and my Blackberry can't sync. All incoming messages are being returned
to sender. My email has been borked for over 8 hours now. Who knows "How much stuff I have missed and might not ever know about". This is my primary account so I use it for everything, please try to fix my issue.
Hi, I recently transferred my email for my custom domain to Outlook.com (using http://go.domains.live.com). My question is, how can I access that email while using Outlook 2013, the desktop app? I'm familiar with setting up email addresses in Outlook 2013, and have been able to add my primary Microsoft account to Outlook 2013. But when I add my custom domain email address, it says that it connects, and I can send from the email address, but I don't receive any messages, get the correct folder list (instead I only see Inbox, Drafts, Sent, etc), and my contacts and calendar don't sync. I'm guessing I'm either using the wrong protocol, but I'm not sure which protocols Outlook 2013 accepts, and not sure which protocols I'm set up to use on my custom domain email address.
Any help ?
I'm trying to set up a Domain so that a client can receive mail sent to their Domain, but am receiving a "This domain name can't be used because it contains a protected word or inappropriate language...."
I have checked the support page, but it doesn't even broach this subject. It would appear I'm not the first to come across this.
The domain I am trying to create services for is ibbidirect.co.uk. As far as I can tell, there are no inappropriate words contained.
Please can this be escallated, I have a client waiting for this to be set up, and this is not good customer service.

I want to use outlook.com for everything but from my gmail email address.
I forward all my mails from gmail to outlook.com- this works fine.
The new mails will come in, however after a couple of hours they will disappear from the inbox. I would like them to stay in my inbox after I've read them so that I can refer back to them- like Gmail or Outlook.
This applies to Outlook.com, outlook android app, and Windows 8 tablet app.
I've checked:
the sweep folder has no relevant rules.
I have disabled POP and now only using forwarding.
Imap is disabled.
Are you able to help with this?
