Earlier on today I logged on and I received the request to send a security code to an alternate address/telephone number etc. I deferred for seven days, but upon further research I read that I will be forced to have the code sent to an alternate email/telephone number (otherwise I will be locked out of my account.)
So I decided to try and update my info, and delete the old account and then add a new one. Though when I try to go back into security update I keep receiving the following message:
Is there any possibility that Microsoft can work with me to get OUTLOOK.COM to work with the YSB servers? I've been unable to use OUTLOOK.COM for my mail sync since something changed as of August 1st.
I do not want to answer useless questions any longer as I have in may other threads on this forum.
I will gladly pay money to Microsoft if you can fix this problem. Can you provide contact information where I can go to get professional, effective assistance from Microsoft?

Auto-complete for email addresses stops working very frequently. I have tried all the recommendations provided for other questions on this subject, and none of them work, or work only sporadically. I am using IE 10.0.9. I have tried optimizing the browser, clearing browsing history, reviewing AutoComplete settings in Internet Options Content, and reviewing the recommended settings in Internet Options Advanced. I have closed IE and reopened, even rebooted. None of this works!
This is becoming so frustrating that I might need to change browsers. Since IE and Outlook are both products of Microsoft, I would hate to think I have to switch to a non-MS browser to fix this problem.
PLEASE HELP!
