Hello, my e-mail *** Email address is removed for privacy *** got hacked. I deactivated it and it is still sending e-mails with viral links to all the contacts. I would like this address wiped clean of all information and the account completely shut down and all of my information erased
from the account. I have already deactivated the account and tried to close my outlook account but the emails are still sending.
I cannot find a workaround anywhere. I tried doing an account recovery, but all that did was let me change the password. I still get a screen that says "You need a parent's permission." I then get asked to provide my credit card information, my address, etc. and pay $0.50! It's never been a child account, so I shouldn't be forced to verify it as such. Does anyone know where I can go to regain access to my account? I've only seen found link where moderators said to go in a separate thread, but those links are broken. Please help, as I cannot get my emails anymore.

I have been using Windows Live Essentials since windows 7 came out. It is currently up to date but all of a sudden today, I cannot connect and pick up my mail.
I get the following error:

all my emails just disappeared from inbox. Why? How do I retrieve them?
all mail goes to deleted folder and have read and reset all rules and mobile devices and when moved from deleted box to inbox, it then goes straight back to deleted box and have followed all thread on website.
I have deleted some SENT emails that I would like to recover; is that possible
I have 2 live: e-mail addresses on my personal Windows Essential Mail contact list. Neither contact will delete. I have attempted several things. I closed my Skype account. Obviously Messenger no longer works and I have closed the MSNTV2 account I had.
But, these 2 e-mail addresses are ~still~ in my personal contact list on my PC. Outlook will not allow me to delete either of the these e-mail addresses because they are "associated with another account with Skype". How does one get rid of e-mail accounts
when Outlook.com will not permit one to delete the e-mail address?
I try to load videos on the movie maker and after it takes some time to load it and analyze it, it only plays correct the sound but the video only loops on the first frames or one second. any suggestions on how to fix this?
So frustrated. Have a new Surface and set up a new Microsoft/Outlook acct. SkyDrive telling me my acct has been shut down - it is brand new! When I check the status of my SkyDrive acct, it says it is operating normally but I cannot access it and continue
to get the message that it has been shut down. Have submitted 3 different requests to activate and no response from anyone. Do I need to chunk the whole Microsoft idea and go back to my Android/Google Drive products?
