I have the same problem and do not understand how to switch from Hotmail to outlook without losing everything in Hotmail. [removed for privacy]
I am holding an event and sent out lots of emails with poster etc attached and have found out that many people have not got them.

Yesterday i got reminder that my subscription in SkyDrive will be renewed. So i canceled the subscription i and preapproved payment on PayPal.
Today i got a message from you that you cannot charge me for renewal. Why?

I am using Movie Maker for the first time. I am working with a 5:30 min video that is about 12 MB. When I try to add music, the program crashes. Is my video file too big? Could the music file be too big? The music file is only 5 MB.
