I have SkyDrive on all my various PCs and laptops and whenever I switch on my computers they all dutifully load up with Windows and start syncing, which is just what I want.  However, on my primary PC the SkyDrive client doesn't automatically load-up, I have to click on the short-cut to get it to load.  This is not a settings issue, the little box is ticked that says 'Start SkyDrive automatically when I sign into Windows' so I'm afraid it's not quite as simple as that.  I'd be grateful for some help with this.  Here are a few other facts:

1.  I'm using WIndows 8
2.  I have pointed My Documents into SkyDrive on this PC only
3.  I have pointed Desktop into Skydrive too.

Thank you for your help because this is bugging me and never happened with Dropbox!

When attempting to log into Hotmail.com, I receive the "Incorrect Password and/or Email" message at least 50% of the time. I assure that I am not mistyping anything, for I have typed my password slowly, using only one finger, and still it says it's incorrect, only the first attempt but the same password with grant me access the second try. I've had others type my password for me and the issue occurs the same percentage of time. I don't understand, it's very annoying, please help.

I have an email folder filled with a lot of specific emails.  Now I need to send the entire folder to someone (would take forever to send email by email).

Just would like to click and send the entire folder via email (as attachment or whatever possible).  Anyone know?  I cant seem to find the answer

and I have looked and tried suggestions but they didn't work ( one said to R click the folder, rename, make a zip file then open new email and send zip file as attachment....sounds wonderful but step #1 didn't work....R click on the folder didn't give any useful options).  HELP?

[Moved fom feedback]

Hi,

I am experiencing the same issue as ErikWiik.  I know of at least four emails that have been forwarded from my main email account to Outlook.com that have not arrived.  I have spoken with my mail provider, and they have traced two of the emails, and have confirmed that they were successfully forwarded.  I have also looked at whether I was Cc'd or emailed directly, the emails cover the range.  Where I have been Cc'd and not received the email I have received responses from others who were Cc'd on the same email.

I need to get this issue addressed as I have recently purchased a Windows Phone 8 device, and I am hoping to continue using Outlook.com, as the email delivery is very prompt.  Which is fantastic, except for the missing emails.

Look forward to your response.

Hello - I am running WL Movie Maker v.16 (2012) on a new Win8-64bit workstation.
I have completed a 9-minute movie project where I've added a few video transitions. Now I would like to remove one of them but am unable to figure out how. On the storyline transitions appear not as separate segments but as narrow triangles embedded inside the video clips to which they were applied. To right-click over such a triangle and "remove" looks the same as removing the entire video clip. Can anybody advise how to do this (or where I can find a detailed tutorial for the latest Movie Maker)?
Thanks a lot in advance.
