Like a few others in the community I am getting someone else's mail. It started off as coming in one day 15 + emails from paypal saying I reset my password which sent me into a panic, then eventually I noticed it was sent to another email. I then

email address, it also seems to have been since the outlook switch over. I have a hotmail address I have had for around or over 10 years, I eventually managed to contact this other person and she says that she made the same address about a year ago and has
been having mail forwarded there for about a year. This fits in with what I have seen. What is going on and how can this have happened?

Hi,
I found the need to have a generic email account automatically forward emails to multiple recipients within our custom domain in outlook.com for notifications. I have noticed that outlook.com offering the built-in email forwarding feature to a single email address under more setting. However, I cannot find a way to forward to muliple email address.
Could anyone please give me a hand on this matter?

I've set up a outlook.com account for my Windows 8 Phone and forward ALL mail I get on my primary Mailaccount to the outlook.com Account. Most emails arrive there, but about 20% of all emails never even make it to the outlook.com account. I have no explanation for this. The mails are not in the junk folder, I have not set up any blocked senders or anything else. I've just opened up the account and told my server to forward every mail to outlook.com.
I do not see any errors in my server's log when forwarding those emails, they simply disappear. Has MS applied a sort of pre-filtering before mails even hit the inbox? What can i do to troubleshoot this? I really need ALL mails forwarded...

I have read that there is an account expiration for the free Outlook.com and it needs to be logged into through the web browser once within a 270 day time span.
If I have Outlook 2013 configured to access the account through Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) will that count as a log on procedure to the 270 day time span?
Also, if I use Skype with my account (or any other services from Microsoft which uses the Live ID, like the MCP portal etc), does that count towards the log on procedure for the 270 day time span?

Hi. I am seeking assistance re a problem with my Hotmail a/c. I think that it was hacked on the 7/8/13. I have submitted all the appropriate emails/forms/requests for assistance etc. I was then notified by a moderator 'Vanessa'. I had the same problem
as Robin-- I was not permitted to view the link to access the private message that Vanessa sent me from the account that I nominated her response be sent to !!! This is ridiculous. I nominated another account for all correspondence re my suspected hacking
because I thought that my Hotmail account may have been compromised!!! I have found the process to be extremely exasperating. It is certainly not helpful or user friendly. It has been 6 weeks and still no help or resolution to my problem. Why can't you just
