I need to be able to use my same email address and password I had with my old computer I just got new one.this is my email *****
Every time I try to send an email I get a postmaster failure to deliver notice. I know these are valid email addresses I am sending them to and have had this account for many years. How do I fix this?
I received a email that my account was growing too fast, so I went thru and deleted many of the emails which were building up and then emptied my delete file.  Now, I am not receiving all of my messages and many of the senders are getting notification that their email they sent to me was undeliverable.  
The other day when I signed in to my live.com email account, a message came up telling me to nominate another of my email addresses to get a code to. I did that, and I got a code. Then I got back on live.com and entered the code as requested. I then got "That code didn't work. Check the code and try again."


I tried again and (predictably) the code failed again. I took the "skip for now" option (which at the time said I had 6 days).

Today I've gone through the same rigmarole again. I got a different code, and it doesn't work either. I now have 4 days until I'm locked out, presumably.

Why don't these codes work? This has been a fun game, but I want to stop now.

A few months ago,  maybe more, I noticed a new function in my Outlook account that allowed me to assign "categories" to individual messages.  There were several categories already available -- newsletters, bills, shopping, etc.;  I assumed I would be able to view all the assigned messages in any given category.  In fact, I thought I saw an introductory bubble that stated so.  But I can't figure out how these categories are supposed to work.  I've assigned messages to various categories, but there is no option to sort by category.  I've done an on-line search for information, checked the Help section, and finally came here, but everything here related to categories is for addresses, not the actual messages.  If anyone has any information on this feature, please help.
I used Norton and Symantec's  live secuity and they say they sent the password
reset but I don't get anything from them to Outlook What would you suggest 
I try next?  I already reviewed Outlook filters options and safe vs. blocked senders
and put the different symantec and norton domans into safe senders and reviewd
blocked to be sure it wasn't in there.   That didn't help.  I still can't get 
password reset emails

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 RTM (MSDN), and am experiencing SkyDrive issues. None of my files that I create on my 8.1 RTM SkyDrive machine show up in the cloud (SkyDrive.com) or two of my other laptops (Windows 7).

However, it does seem that my Windows 8.1 RTM machine is downloading any updates I make in the cloud or on either of my two laptops.

I have tried and tried without any success. I'm almost ready to downgrade to Windows 7 since I can't function without SkyDrive.
