Hi,
I logged in after being recently upgraded to Outlook.com and have lost all my old emails and folders. I have read through all most threads and checked all settings such as Active views, Group by conversation, POP settings. They are already set by default to the correct settings.
I sync and check my emails on my iPhone and log into the Web browser version of Hotmail/Outlook almost everyday. The same emails would always show on both the iPhone and Web browser so it proves my emails was not set to download off the server onto my device.
I have tried the recovery process but with no luck. I would highly doubt that I would delete all emails and folders from my Inbox.
I like many others use this service for both business and personal use. It is critical that I regain access to all my old emails ASAP as I have clients relying on these emails.
Can you please see if there's anyway of restoring these emails and folders?
I tried to find the reset password function in my live domain control page but not found it.
Could you please show me how to reset password for members in my domain?
My domain: www.khainhat.vn
Thanks for your support!
It has been a while since I have logged into this account but it is still in constant use as my Facebook account is registered to it. I have sent numerous emails to this account from others as it's my back up account. I desperately need access to this account and ALL emails I left on it.
Will appreciate any feedback!
This appears to be an account related issue as I can login with my account on the same machine and am able to open/edit the same documents. Please can someone inform me how I can resolve this issue for my user?
I am in the process of migrating from Gmail to Outlook; however, I am having trouble with the messaging function from the inbox. When I come to work and connect to our network, the messaging application refuses to sign-in. I have attached an image to highlight the problem. When I am on my home network, the messaging application works fine, but I am beginning to wonder if there is a network setting at work, which is preventing me from connecting.
I am curious, though, because the messaging function in my Gmail inbox was always functional on my work network. Why would messaging in Gmail function at work and not Outlook. Any help would be appreciated! I really like using Outlook, but I am afraid if this issue is not resolved, I may have to go back to using Gmail.
For those wondering, I am using IE 10 on a Lenovo laptop with Windows 7 SP1 (network administrator controls Windows Update).
Thanks!
