Unable to send or receive messages for my Hotmail account.

Can someone please send me a private message so that I might provide them with details of my email address ... this problem has continued for 2 days and I'm unable to send/receive important emails.

Hi,
I am in the process of switching over to Outlook.com so I can sync with my new (Windows 8) phone. I'm having a problem where my email account is stating:
"From: *** Email address is removed for privacy *** [mailto:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***] On Behalf Of Paul"
This looks unprofessional so I am either looking to change the content or remove "on behalf of".
Having checked my account settings: Inbox>Options>Your email accounts
So this is puzzling me... does anyone have a solution? What have I not done or how can "on behalf of" be removed.

We are facing SNDS problem, since last 15 days , https://postmaster.live.com/snds/index.aspx link are not opening,
showing error as " The page isn't redirecting properly "
Please tell us why its happen .

Dear Microsoft Community,
I have for several Days/weeks been writing an email and saved it in the Draft folder of Outlook.com. Earlier today (2 hours ago, 30 Sept 3013 10.00 am GMT+1 Stockholm) it was suddenly gone, I cannot find it anywhere in my Outlook account. I am not sure what happened, maybe I deleted it by accident.
I have searched the Deleted folder and tried to restore this folder without success. Can you please restore/backup my Drafts folder? I am in urgently need of this email...
