even if my network connection is alright, outlook can't sync my mailbox since 9/19. I don't know what is wrong...maybe the fact that I moved to University. Thanks for your time, cheers!

I have a hotmail account but hadn't logged in for a couple of months and now i tried to login and i can't get in!! i did a live chat with support and they told me to reset password which i did and now i have outlook and i don't know where any of my old emails are!!! it's a completely empty inbox and all the saved emails/folders are gone!!! help!!!! how can i retrieve the info from my old account?

My font size in Outlook was accidentally changed (as you're looking at the inbox, not as you're typing a message.)

I would REALLY REALLY REALLY like it back to normal.

Help?

How do I edit an OGV file? What program will do this?

I have Office 2013 Pro Plus and use Outlook 2013 to run my Outlook.com web-mail when working from home. I use laptops or a Kindle Fire when on the road. Normally, the app, the devices, and the cloud are in complete sync, but every so often I will move or delete a file on the Application and it won't be reflected on the cloud ever.

For example, I moved a dozen or so emails back in 9/19 and of those, there are still 5 in the Web view. I raised a call with MS Support for the Outlook Application and they confirmed the Application is correctly set up and the issue is on the server side. However, at that point they stopped helping as they only cover the application.

Any ideas how to force a re-sync without recreating another profile? The Application is correct so I'd rather force the cloud to update and use the Application as the master copy.

For example, I could create a dummy folder and move the whole folder structure in then see what is left in Outlook.com after the sync - but can I guarantee that all the files would go over and back correctly?

The Outlook 2013 Application is using Exchange Activesync, the kindle is using IMAP, the laptop is passive and just logs into Outlook.com.

Any suggestions?

S

They come from about 3 or 4 companies over and over and over, with  different senders or -  It also appears as if one sender might migrate to another company asking the same question.  Luckily it is all in Junk mail because privacy is set to exclusive. But I am getting 100-200 a day.  What to do? I do not recal l signing up for anything.  Am I doing to have to change a password or something?
I'm having an issue with my e-mail ( *** Email address is removed for privacy *** ) what is that whenever I go to sign in it displays a screen saying something under the line of "It looks like someone else is using your account". Anyway, I went through all of the verification techniques listed including the questionnaire and sending a reset code to my secondary e-mail. The issue with the first point is that I just cannot give enough information. I don't know the answer to my security question, I don't recall ever sending an e-mail, I certainly haven't created any custom folders and despite knowing that I've almost certainly added some contacts I can not think exactly who as I just don't use my e-mail for anything other than receiving newsletters from my subscriptions and websites I have signed up for. The back-up e-mail doesn't work, unsure if it's because the e-mail is just invalid now or not one I use or if it is because the e-mail that I think it is actually isn't it. Finally, I don't have any of my Xbox Live Microsoft repaid cards still lying around as I threw them all away so I can't enter that either. I did think I could enter billing info but I'm not even sure I got that right after all the fails I received (I stopped using my billing info a while back so it's kind of difficult to remember exactly which info I used).

So, I messaged customer support who after around a week of messages going back and forth (and having to wait around 24 hours for each reply due to time zone inconveniences) they managed to tell me to try the verification test again, several times. I did try regardless of knowing what would happen and yeah, I failed again and again. I did eventually get sent to a password reset page but this only led to the same problems I already had, I couldn't verify my account from the questions they were asking.

My biggest issue with all this is that my Xbox Live Membership is being blocked which I have paid for and this is seriously make me question if I am going to stay with Xbox for the next generation. Anyway, I was really hoping that you guys can try to assist me without just re-directing me with generic answers and links to the questionnaire that I have already tried so many times.

Finally, I did find the following post in which the person got their accounts unblocked by being redirected to the product experts although I am not exactly sure how he got it solved as I can't see that information:
