Hi and thank you in advance for your help.

i noticed that lately i can't receive mail from other account than myself on outlook.com.

Basicly if i send myself a mail from hotmail i receive it. if i send it from my other accounts (gmail, yahoo) i don't receive the mail.

My inbox is empty.

I have set an alias to my main mail...can that be the reason?

Hotmail emails keep disappearing from Blackberry Q10 Hub

Hi.

I have a Blackberry Q10 and for the past 2 weeks all of my Hotmail emails keep disappearing from the Hub. I have tried deleting and re-adding the email account; I have tried restoring my handset to factory settings and re-adding everything; I have tried syncing using wi-fi only or just the data network with wi-fi turned off etc etc. None of the above works; the emails start to appear and load onto the handset but after a few hours the emails all disappear and the hub shows 'no entries in this view'. I have tried waiting overnight as my sync time is set to 'forever' so I know it may take time to load old emails.

Please DO NOT ask me to contact Blackberry as this is NOT a Blackberry issue; it is a problem many Outlook.com users are experiencing (there are posts in many forums on different websites about this problem but no actual fix seems to have been posted anywhere) and in some cases Microsoft Support seems to have resolved the issue for them. I have researched it extensively so I am pretty certain that it is an m.hotmail.com problem. Also, if you check on http://www.websitedown.info/ it shows m.hotmail.com as being 'down'.

Please can you help as I urgently require mobile access to my emails and believe there must be a way for this to be resolved.

I used to be able to send out emails by clicking on a group name, but now ther is a message that says i need an email address. what gives?

Email Receiving problem with in the Domain/Organization

Hi.
We are a small business group using hotmail email service from last 1 year. Till yesterday 11 AM everything was fine, but from 11 Am on wards
we are facing a different problem with hotmail/outlook.com service.
1 we are able to send e mails to external email-ids ( eg: from hotmail acount to gmail account)
2 and we are able to receive the emails from external ids ( eg: gmail to hotmail)
3. But we are not able to send or may be receive hot mail to hotmail .
I have tested the problem as below.
sent a test mail to ten internal email ids with cc to external email ids. External people have revived the mail, but no internal people.
and the extrenal people replied the test mail, which are recived by internal people i.e hotmail accounts. but we are not able to find why there is a problem from hotmail to hotmail.
Our domain is @springforthcap.com
My mailid id is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Please helps us. Even I am not able to receive the mails from community forum.
Please reply soon. I am able to receive mail from other domains but not from self domain.
I have sent some mails to self-id for testing purpose, but did not receive them. sent mails are being saved in sent folders. but not able to receive them. Can any body help me solving this problem

Failure to upload long file names causes Skydrive to unlink

Hi Skydrive Team, i found a small bug.

I have noticed that when i get a notification that a file cannot be uploaded because it's file name is too long, Skydrive then logs me out and unlinks my SkyDrive. I then have to go through the process of liking it again.

The solution is easy, just shorten a folder or file name until it an acceptable size. It's just annoying at first when moving a lot of files to skydrive and many of them hit the limit - it happens per file.

Forum Moderator closed the thread after giving me a link that doesn't work. and i cant reply to her telling her i cant access the link

well my account (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) is blocked a message appears: Someone entered the wrong password too many times.

If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet.

and I don't have access to the alternate email.

so I did ask for a manual validation process under the case : SRX1215514573ID

validation process info ( ip - last passwords etc)

at the end of the validation process an escalation agent telling me that all the info I provided is wrong and doesn't match the account info since it was created , and i was surprised because before my account was block i asked for a password reset on 6/3/2013 and Windows Live Global Escalations Team did send me the password reset after they checked my info which was the same exact info I provide for the escalation agent which he told me the info was wrong !

and i really ask that no one close the thread until someone really can help with my case please.

I cannot receive the password reset email from Instagram.

I have tried the solutions provided in Microsoft Community (please see below link) but with no luck.

Need to transfer outlook alias from one microsoft account to another or to configure alias as a separate email ID

I have created an alias in one of my outlook account but due to certain reasons need to transfer it to another outlook account where will make it primary ID.

Converting alias to a separate account will also serve my purpose.

Can't take risk of deleting alias and waiting for 30 days to get it again.

Please suggest need urgent help.

If you permanently delete e-mails. Can system restore bring them back and then can you restore the computer back to where it was? I am trying to go back approx. a year.

I was setting up Office 365 for my wife and everything went OK until I tried to log in to skydrive and it said that the account was shut down for misuse.

We never even used skydrive before so how could it be shut down for misuse? I filled out an inquiry (which I had to do multiple times before it finally acknowledged submission) but haven't received a response. Any ideas as to how to reactivate the account or why it would shut it down when it hadn't ever been used?
