Updated to version 1909 and ended up with an error trying to use Photo Gallery.  Got: C:\Windows\System32\Vcomp110.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.  Try using the program original media or contact your system administrator or the software vender for support.  Error status 0xc000012f.  Then second error: A problem is preventing this photo or video from being displayed.  Error Code 0x800700c1.  Had to run the update from 1809 to 1909 many times till it worked.  Tried to go through Microsoft to get some help but they suggested all the SFC and DISM and when that didn't work they wanted me to do a restore and eliminate all the apps with no way to reinstall Photo Gallery.  Also had a problem with opening videos on Facebook through Bing and Edge.  Clicking on the arrow starts the circle but the video never starts.  Facebook works fine when opened through Google Chrome. The original Microsoft person indicated the problem would be corrected on the next update so when I updated KB4551762 and KB4537572 but neither fixed the problem. Started another case but they focused only on installing 1909 update and not the problem it caused.  Looking for any help.
