Yesterday my Snipping Tool and Paint have stopped working, prior yesterday I had no problems, and no I haven't changed any settings or installed new programs.
What happens when I select an area using the Snipping Tool, and then try to SAVE AS a pop up box tells me Snipping Tools is not working. The same thing happens exactly when I try to use Paint and print screen.
I've tried to restart, and run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) nothing works.
I'm using Windows 10.
TIA

P.S. In the product box below I clicked on Photo Gallery only to be able to submit this problem, it has nothing to do with Photo Gallery.
It would be nice to have a choice of background colors for the Photos App. so black on transparent (png etc.) would show up properly.
Why is "alot" recognized as a word on the word flow keyboard?
"Alot" is not a word.
There is "allot" which is to assign a share or portion to someone, or "a lot", which is actually two words.
I am in several threads relating to WLM issues, including folders disappearing from a tree and posts disappearing from a folder.
One of my archive folders shows all the same dates for each mail - but the mails themselves show the correct information. However, trying to search within a time frame appears to be impossible.
How could this happen, is there a cure, and what to do to avoid a repetition? Here's a shot to illustrate:
I have searched on the web and read the help messages; but I still cannot find the "recall" option under Actions. There are no such item to choose!
Steps I did: Click on Sent Folder --> Opened up a sent message --> On Action, there are no such thing as recall
The version that I am using is Window Live Mail 2012
Pls. advise.
