Question about Outlook Express

My problem is that all scanned text-documents aper in the mail-program as very small pictures in the text area, where in the good old days they was attached in there original form.

Since the release of Windows 10, people have wondered, where are the updates for WLMM.

Why were there no WLMM update yet.

The GEEK Tech re-installed a new DVD for Windows 7 Premium Home on my laptop that crashed last week. All the programs, files, documents, etc. were reloaded successfully. The only one that does not work now is my Outlook Express/Live email account. When I click on the Live Mail icon, I can't open my emails? My emails are in sinc from EarthLink.

Can you help?

My current email service Orange will cease operating from end March 2017 and I have reconfigured my existing Windows Live Mail 2012 account which I have not used for some time it seems to work OK and I have also transferred my address list and archived messages. The Windows account address ends ....live.co.uk but to save having to notify everyone of my new address can I change it to be the same as my orange address ie ending ....fsnet.co.uk or will the new email address chosen have to end in ...live.co.uk?

Two weeks ago I purchased a Surface Pro 4 and had setup and used the Mail app for a week without a problem.  Then, this past weekend the app began to crash when opening certain messages.  After completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it still continues to crash while opening those same messages from my Gmail and Yahoo accounts.

It was not until today that I realized these were messages grouped together in conversation view, and sure enough when I disabled Conversation View the app stopped crashing while reading those same messages.  Problem is, I rely on conversation view to manage all my email threads and need this feature.

Has anyone else come across this issue with the latest update?
