Question about Outlook Express

Hello, I know that most of you probably already know how to do what I'm trying to do and I'm hoping someone can explain it in simple terms. I was asked by a tool company to send them three different photos of a hand tool I have that has broken. I don't have a cell phone that has data capability so I had a neighbor take the three photos with their phone camera and he then e-mailed them to me. I believe that if it was only one photo I could forward it to the tool company, but with three photos I'm lost. I'm still using Windows Live Mail and the pictures that were e-mailed to me in my inbox, the "forward" option is sort of grayed out and I can't click on it. I'm embarrassed about this, as I know that there is a much easier way to do what I'm trying to do, but I just don't how? If anyone can help thank you.

I am using the trial version of Windows Movie Maker and produced a short video,which plays okay with transitions etc and looks good. problem is when I try to add Music. I click on the add music icon which brings up music files on PC

I choose and open a track, its loads under the video clips as it should but as a solid short line not sound waves, the sound adjustment window panel "fade in-fade out" duration etc is grayed out.  Video plays fine but no sound. Is it a Codec problem? if so how do I resolve it and load the correct Codec. PC is 64bit Desktop

After getting Win 10 pc, I downloaded newer Live Mail from Microsoft and have had a lot of trouble.   Most I have figured out, but this last problem has me bugged.   Much of my email does not download to my inbox.   When email is fully delivered.....the folder at left of list of email typically highlights a yellow  color.   Some 90  of my inbox does not.   All of my junk folder does.   Who gives a rats **** about most junk mail!    When I  at inbox,   it eventually displays, but the envelope does not highlight, it just shows the envelope has been opened.  When I move this non highlighted email to a folder for safe keeping,   many times the email disappears,   gone nada....lost..... can't be found

This is crazy...I changed nothing and I am receiving this message only on my email .  All the other emails are coming in fine.

I am also able to receive my email at Network Solutions webmail so I have no idea what is going on. My newer computer, which has windows 10 is receiving my email ok, but the older computer is not! A few months back I updated to Windows 10 on my older computer and it was running just fine and I had no problems but all of a sudden two days ago my email and only mine so far is receiving the message below:

Unable to send or receive messages for the DooleyIntermed (hammond) account. An unknown error has occurred.

I tried deleting my email then putting it back and still no help.

Anyone have any ideas how I can fix this?

I have been using this account for a long time and the password and user name is correct. I can send and receive mail through my yahoo mail web page.

I now have had this error for 3 days on 2 PCs.

I have not been able to update the app for over 6 months with small efforts here and there every time I try to update an error code 0x80004005 I can't find where to uninstall microsfot photo's (not in programs and features)

please help I just want my photo viewer back
