Question about Outlook Express

Whwn I pull up the contacts page for Windows Live Mail, all the contacts have disappeared.  How can I find or restore my contacts ?

Just recently I have had trouble sending emails.   I can receive them with no problem but not send.   This is the error message I get.  I have searced fro that error message on the net and have tried everything that I could come up with.   Any suggestions would be greatly received.

As we know Windows Essentials 2012 suite has reached end of support on January 10, 2017. And then web installer was no longer available for download. Couple of days back (22 Mar 2017) even the offline installer was removed. So officially Windows Essential Suite is no longer available for download. There are many who still use Windows Movie maker, Photo Gallery. And there's no replacement for Movie Maker yet though we have Microsoft Photos app. There's a new Mail app , Windows Live Writer users have got now Open Live Writer.

So a request for Microsoft to consider bringing Movie Maker replacement or a totally revamped new Movie Maker. Or if Microsoft thinks it can go the Live Writer way making it Open. There will be many users who will support this request.

I am having trouble with my incoming mail.  I have been in touch with my server and am told this is a windows live problem.  I receive an

email and read and reply.  A few minutes later, an indication bell rings and the same e-mail is highlighted.  I have to click at the top

read/unread to stop it from being highlighted.  Another problem has developed, I received an e-mail and replied but the reply did

not come back to me in windows live, I found it in a g-mail account.  I am terribly confused by some of the answers.  Telling me to

uninstall and reinstall.  I don't want to lose any of my mail or drafts.  Please tell me there is another solution.  Tried to find out if there

was an update I missed, no luck finding out.

2012: Error: 0x800c0006 Source: WaitForCatalog.
How can I fix?
