I've had a severe fracture of my mail WLM12 store folder in my old W7Pro machine, source of some prior threads.  That drive is now out of my new machine.

I also have an intact set of much of that from the previous XP machine, in Outlook Express, in an external drive, ending in April 2015.

Both of those have many subfolders, and pull mail from 4 accounts, each having a separate 'inbox' with the account name.  I'd very much like to be able to keep all that information.  I have an all-mail folder which has all incoming mail, each one bearing the account name in the appropriate column.  I'd very much like to keep that information (name of account to which a mail is directed in a column on the inbox).

And, during the construction/repair of my previous computer (new PSU and MOBO) which had the first instance above, I've been using my W10 laptop's WLM.  In it I have only my personal account downloaded/ing (because the info is critical, I'd keep using the laptop until the new computer's mail is built).

My computer is now rebuilt, with a fresh load of W7Pro, but nothing else.  I'll have to download most of my programs that I use, but I'll accomplish that over whatever time it takes, in order of importance.  My number one important item will be the assembly of my email as I'm in the middle of an important project.

How can I put all that into the new Windows Essentials download result of a new WLM12?

What should (or shouldn't) I do to the new, blank, program in setup to ready it for the most effective import/transfer?  (Items which come to mind include configuring the 4 with the proper name, to match those coming from the first two instances, for the 4 accounts and populating all the sign-in and outgo mail info.)

I recently bought a new laptop with Windows 10.  I want to download and use Windows Movie Maker as I did on my previous laptop.  From what I can tell, Windows Essentials 2012 is no long available for download.   I can't find any other way to download Windows Movie Maker.   I've looked in the Windows 10 app store and searched all through the forums and other websites.   Maybe I'm overlooking something simple because there doesn't seem to be any reference to an inability to download Windows Essentials and/or Windows Moive Maker on a new Windows 10 computer.

How can I get Windows Movie Maker on my new Windows 10 Laptop?

Thank You

My Windows Live Mail keeps shutting down with no solution in sight. I have rebooted, tried to Uninstall and use Windows Live Recovery program but once it hits 100% it says I lost my internet connection. Would greatly appreciate suggestions to solve this issue. Thank you very much.

I saved my .eml files from previous computer and on that computer, I have some of these .eml flagged and some not.

How do I tell if a particular eml file was flagged in the previous computer just by looking at the eml file itself?

Hello!
I used to work with Windows Live Photo Gallery every day! I find it useful and easy to manage. Recently I made a clean install of Windows 10 and tried to re-install the Photo Gallery. I am now extremely disappointed to know that they shut it down since last January. Such a shame!!! The new app 'Photos' in Windows 10 is far less useful & organized than Photo Gallery, and it takes twice as long as Photo Gallery, it's aweful. I rolled back to Windows 7, hoping that the older system would let me install WLE, but no, it doesn't.

All this being said, I have a huge ask: if there isn't any plan to build a new version of WLE (like 2017 or else), can you please give me a file to install it again, or explain me how to do it. Because I've tried with an offline installer, and every time I try', there pops up an Error Message, and nothing...

Thanks.

I have recently attempted to log into an old business email account I haven't used in approximately 12 months, and have now been locked out.

I have attempted to utilise the account recover form; and as I didn't use a credit card and have Xbox set up while using this email it keep rejecting my attempts as there is not enough info. As a result I have resorted to this forum, as I desperately need to reset other accounts linked to this email account.

Is the any way to get around the automated system and speak to a human to provide proof of identity ?

I have a new laptop and using windows 10 and windows mail. It was working fine but now says not enough memory or disk space to update display. I have heaps of memory...please help
My old mac from 2012 recently gave out (it was the last version to be non SSD, or spinning hardrive. Long story short I recived the mac screen of death, and after attempting many internet reboots the hardrive was still not showing up according to Safe start reboot and the familiar sound of the drive was missing. I am pretty sure it spun itself to bits, it was working but all of a sudden the apps quit and the background was set to the default Yosemite the entire app bar went missing and nothing but a redundant mouse clicker was left over). Mourning the loss of my old computer After seeing one of my close family members with a surface book i thought that it would be a good replacement. So I took advantage of the Microsoft surface book refurbished deals and picked up a like new surface book (I made sure it was solid state drive). Fast forward a couple of weeks and I have re-downloaded most of my old software, connected most of my old accounts, and various other things (feels like moving to a new house). I am overall enjoying the experience, as far as I am concerned this is a major improvement. There is only one little thing missing. I still have an iPhone and would like to have a better connectivity experience. While I know that it might take something on apples behalf to be able to connect FaceTime or other proprietary software to windows I was hoping that the windows community might have a solution for messaging. I still get messages to my iPhone which I would like to appear on my new(ish). Something that i liked about my mac was that if someone texted me I would be notified and be able to text them back. Do you guys have any solutions?
