Hello JohnBoyleXO.
I am running Windows 7 (64-bit home premium) and using Windows Live as my e-mail program.
In my "drafts" folder there are several old messages from 2014 that simply will not DELETE!
I keep getting the following message "the contents of this message cannot be found" and, "an unknown error has occurred". Any thoughts or quick fixes to remove these unwanted messages?
I have used the Windows Live Mail client (program, not Web utility) under Vista and Win7, and prefer it to Outlook for appearance and convenience. I have the 'full install' .exe and have actually installed WLM on a new Win10 computer but have not transferred mail and contact files to begin using it yet. What I'd like is either a very good reason NOT to do this, or some informal assurance that WLM will continue to function under Win10 for the foreseeable future. If there is some security or other aspect of email that is known to be updated in the near future, which will make WLM (no longer supported) useless, I'd sure like to know that now.

Hi. I've been using WLM12 since Outlook Express was dropped, and it's been a great mail app for me. For about the last month or so, WLM12 performance has been very poor on both my wife's computer and on mine. What used to be a 10 minute job to go through the day's mail and delete or store messages, has become a 30 or 45 minute job, which often ends without completion. Both mine and my wife's computers are Win 10 machines with the anniversary update. The nature of the problems is very much the same on both machines. I initially assumed the problems were due to some MS update and that the problems would be discovered and fixed. Well, that hasn't happened so I thought I'd try here.
All the problems seem to be associated with the IMAP server and our Hotmail accounts. We have No problem with any of our gmail IMAP accounts which we also read with WLM12. We get many error messages during EVERY attempt to read and process our Hotmail. I have included a few examples of messages we receive every time we try to read our Hotmail.
Would appreciate any suggestions for how I can improve the performance of WLM12. Thanks.
I've loaded 220 film clips and photos to the clipboard yesterday, and now when I want to start working on it again, movie maker does not copy all the films clips and photos into the clipboard again. What can I do to restart and speed up this process ?(some of the material are on an ext disc connected to the computer)

Sans je l'Gros Problème Compatible avec rendu en avais Windows XP, je suis Mais Maintenant démuni versez Complètement le faire trabalho Pouvoir Avec Window7.
Auriez-vous une solution de juin?

I have windows 10. I deleted by accident and icon for windows live mail. the message I got is that it has either been changed or moved.How can is restore this icon and get my e-mails working again.
