Question about Outlook Express

Movie Maker shows a black screen instead of my videos.

Some videos Movie Makers does show, others not...

I already checked my drivers: they are up to date.

I also have no audio.

Can someone help me?

My reformatted PC does not any reference to live mail in settings or elsewhere and I cannot find an icon.

my ipad shows that mailbox is active. ideas please to restore.

I have difficulty using Window Live Mail to download an email with a huge size of attachment.

Fyi, when I log-on directly using the Hotmail platform (i.e. www.hotmail.com), I have no problem to download

or view any file with huge attachment. Btw, I am more familar and comfortable to read emails using Window

Live Mail instead of log-on directly using the Hotmail platform.

Can I know is there any setting that I can change to accomodate the download of file with huge size attachment

using Window Live Mail ?

I have Windows Live Mail running (or rather, stumbling) on Windows 10.

My problem is not that it sends emails to only part of a group list, but rather that it actually deletes addresses from that list randomly and without warning. For instance, one group had 48 names on it and is now showing only 33. The contacts still appear in the main list, but disappear from the group.

Microsoft, of course, no longer support Windows Live, and cheerfully admit they can't fix the problem.

Can anyone help me to keep all the addresses I put in a group in that group permanently, or at least until I want to delete them myself?

We use Windows 7 and windows live mail. Email account is with Telus and internet providers is xplornet. Afew days ago we strted not being able to send emails but we still can receive them. we have spoken with both Telus and Xplornet and they say the problem is not with them. Any suggestions?
