I am having the same issue. And the system is leaving the emails in the junk folder an even shorter amount of time; started at if they were older than a month but now it seems to auto delete them in less than a week. I have tried accessing on my phone browser, my phone email app, Windows live mail on my laptop & 2 different browsers on my laptop. I do not want to restore hundreds of deleted messages. I want the problem fixed permanently. How do I do this or do I just need to find a different email? After all, everything worked fine till Microsoft decided to get rid of programs that worked really well, basically hotmail & windows live mail.
Thanks,

Hi!
I have a recording of a Webinar that I would like to post and I need the file size to be under 50 MB. The original file for a 48-minute video is 121 MB in mp4 format.
Here's what I've done and the results I got:
- I have split the video into 3 15 to 17 minutes parts
- To each part, I have added one picture for 3 seconds, a title for 3 second and a still generic for 3 seconds.
- When saved the project (best for the project), I got 3 files : 121 MB, 158 MB and 333 MG.
- I then found HandBrake online and applied it to each video. I now have 3 files: 30 MB, 35 MB and 88 MB.
I tried going back to the original file and using handbrake on it. After adding my picture for 3 seconds and my generic for 3 seconds, the final file size was 618 MB!
It looks like Movie Maker is doubling the size of the file each time I save it as an MP4 file, even when I cut the movie instead of adding to it. Does anyone know what's going on?

Is very much for any help you can offer.

Recently I notice additional live: entries and other in my WLM Contacts, that I cannot delete, particularly Skype that I don't use.
1. live: name (that is already in my Contact list as normal)
2. live: name that I don't recognise.
3. echo 123 ( a Skype help website)
4. Skype (a Skype.bot website)
Trying various Community 'solutions' doesn't work., with one requiring to delete all contacts!
Can anyone at Microsoft help to resolve this nuisance problem.
Thanks
