Windows Live Mail FAQ
Presently using windows live mail with windows 10
I was asked by my internet provider to update App password. which I did
email server is Yahoo
windows live mail is now downloading over 1,000 emails that i had received years back
any idea how to resolve this<

and was asked by email server to upgrade to App password did this and now downloading over 1,000 old emails why?
I deleted them and then they download again

I have an email account through Comcast. However, I do not receive all of my emails. Some, but not all. I know this because I get many more emails, more quickly, on my SmartPhone then I do on my desktop. Why is this? What can I do to correct this problem?

I am using Windows 7. My email is sent via Windows Live Mail 2011. On or about 22nd May update deleted all storage folders. Next day restored folders but unable to open or move to other folders or options - error message says "problem occurred" subsequent retries have failed to rectify position. Need files to access and move attached photos of grandchildren urgently. Will not be using "windows live mail 2 in future. All help gratefully accepted. BJ

When I do this it appears they go but those receiving them can't view the photos. How do I fix this?
