I made this email account when I was younger and used it for a long time but I have not used this account for years and when it asks me the verification questions (last sent emails/email subject lines etc) there is no possibility that I can remember these details. And then it deems that my account is to be remained blocked.
Surely there can be another way I can verify my account?
Please help me as I am desperately needing to access this account.
I am trying to fix an issue with my grandfather's e-mail. So here is the situation layed out. He loves e-mailing photo's by opening up his folder on his desktop, selecting the photos he wants to send, and then within the folder clicking email. Now, he
only does this once a year after vacation. However, this year when he does this it defaults to photo album and the E-mail gets stuck in the outbox. I am trying to find a way to either get this default format to work, or change the default format to attachments
instead. I have tried unchecking the box next to convert messages to photo E-mails when sending photos. This either did not work or does not carry over when initiating an E-mail from a folder. Also the version of windows is 7 home premium.
Have used LiveMail for years today it stopped letting me send. I can recve ok. get error ID: 0x00CCC69. serve says its not their problem.
Part of the error message says "identified as SPAM" but I cant access my draft box to check the messages it's trying to send.
Can anyone help?
