I write/send/receive all emails in WLM. These emails then transmit from/to my PC in Yahoo (BT is my ISP). Regularly WLM and Yahoo fail to 'talk' and no emails send or receive in WLM (even though Yahoo works correctly and my emails do send from/arrive in it). BT has frequently checked my system, confirm its service is working correctly and the fault is a Microsoft issue. Advice, please.

Hi - my service provider is BT but for the last 5 years I have been using Microsoft Windows Live Mail to receive, send, catalogue and archive my emails. At the weekend Windows Live Mail wouldn't open, I tried to repair it and it then disappeared from my system. I got onto Microsoft Saturday evening and they remotely accessed my computer, couldn't find Live Mail and then tried to reinstall Live Mail. This was unsuccessful and now an error message comes up "WLD.Core.dll is missing"
I understand that Live Mail is now obsolete and that I may not be able to use it moving forward, but my concern is that I need to retrieve the emails that have disappeared and are very important to me. I have a lot of them backed up on an external hard drive but when I connect that to my system it says that I cannot access them for the same reasons outlined above.
I would be grateful Microsoft, if you can recover the emails for them and perhaps reinstall them into a new system such as Out Look.

Hi, I have problem in deleting the .dmp files. Even if I delete once, it is being created again and again and it fills my desktop space. Please suggest any method to permanently remove it. Looking forward for solutions.
Thank you..
