Question about Outlook Express

When I open Windows Live Mail, the new mail does not download... the green path stops before it reaches the full panel... then I get an error code:  0x800ce0/03f4c48c-eb63-4de7-9cab-01e52f04ec54   

Then it asks me if  I want to use my default account, "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***"... I say "yes" and nothing happens.

I've been working with my bajabb. server and they tell me this is an issue with Microsoft Live Mail... because the settings are not correct... she gave me the setting baja has for our accounts, but they do not work....I am also working with US Tech Support and they can't do anything because when they look at my settings, they tell me the settings that baja gave me are wrong.... and without the proper settings, they cannot help me.

I've been working on this issue for 2 weeks.... please look carefully and provide the correct answers.

I have Fuchs Dystrophy and am consequently vision impaired... How do I make the printing darker / bolder IRO e-mails in Windows Live Mail? I am able to enlarge the print but that is not sufficient! Many elderly people struggle to see?

I would really appreciate your assistance.

Sends emails from an Outlook account OK but on another account configurde to use smtp-mail.outlook.com  it fails with

STOREDRV.Submission.Exception:SendAsDeniedException.MapiExceptionSendAsDenied;

error
