problem receive emails into live mail 2012. nothing coming in since 3rd august get errors below

Unable to send or receive messages for the xxxxxx.plus account. Header download for the 'Inbox' folder did not complete. Could not download new messages from the IMAP server.

Server Response: The server did not respond to this IMAP command before the connection was terminated.

I can't Sync my emails on my new Laptop. I keep getting a warning sign and the message "nothing has arrived yet Your Online account

settings are out-of-date, Can anyone help me pls? thx Les

I use WLm.  Suddenly I'm ask for a server password.  This is a radical change.  Formerly I didn't even have to sign in to WLM.  How can I undo this change or find the server settings?
