I cant seem to find where i can download the newest windows movie maker, help please

Hello.
I've recently logged into my old hotmail account I user from the 90's.
Among the emails I have cherished memories from my family, pictures, dead relatives and memories of my childhood.
As I log in to my online email account, I get re-directed to an outlook mailbox which is completely empty.
Where can login to my old hotmail account, and recover my emails?

I wish to move to another photo organiser now that Microsoft is no longer supporting this one.
It is essential that all the tags - face recognition or my selection; goetags; descriptive tags and all meta data is transferred. I have some 25000 photos tagged in this way - it is not reasonable for Windows to withdraw this application without suggesting how my photos are now best organised

I have imported video with sound from my iPhone to my PC.
It happened to be rotated 90 degrees. I rotated the view in Movie Maker, and saved the file. I see both the original file and the saved, rotated file.
I played both files, but neither of them play the sound in Movie Maker.
How do I get the sound playing?
I checked my volume on the computer, and it appears to be on full. No sound.
What do I do? Or is sound not part of Movie Maker software?
