For years, I used Windows Live Mail and Office 2010 together perfectly.  Recently, my daughter switched us over to Office 365.  Since the change, I am unable to open any Microsoft documents through my email unless I save them to my computer first.  I have another computer that uses Windows Live Mail and Office 365 and everything works fine, so I know it is possible to have them work together properly.  What can I do to fix the issue where I can open documents without having to first save it to my computer. Thanks in advance!

Have two email addresses. One receives mail normally. The second gives me the following error messages. Periodically it will work but usually it does not. I can read the mail if I go to my email provider's website. I have deleted and recreated the account following the directions of my email provider.

error message:

"incorrect username or password"

and also the following:

Unable to send or receive messages for the this account. An incorrect password was entered. The next time you send or receive messages, you'll be asked to enter your user name and password for this account.

When sending I get:

Since yesterday I've lost  links to my categories in contacts. The category names were not erased but the links to main list are zeroed out. The contact main list is still present. I am afraid to loose my contacts entirely. When I updated some categories they lost their data again after some time.

Also when I created a new contact it was multiplied many (100 or more) times. After deleting those multiplications the the first It was repeated again. This newly created contact happened to be listed as the very first one on my (by last name sorted) list. I've deleted this very first contact entirely. Hopefully it will not do such damage again.

I have had several emails go to junk mail. They are emails from senders that I know.  Why is that?

Hello all. This Windows Movie Maker watery-distorted noise issue seems common but Google search and fiddling on my own have done me no good.

(Yes, I'm aware WMM is no longer supported by Microsoft but I figured I'd give this a shot anyway.)

I film railroad videos for a YouTube channel with a normal Sony Handycam camcorder, but often I'll additionally use my iPhonee 6s or Nikon D3200 for some back up shots. I use Movie Maker for video editing.

Here's the big audio issue: My HD camcorder videos (.MTS file extension) are easily editable and work nicely in WMM. Audio is fine and nice quality, even after saving.

However, my files off the Nikon and iPhone are a different story. I am aware WMM is not friendly with .MOV files, which these two devices use.

I've tried converting these .MOV files to both .mp4 and .m4v in several different programs, changed audio quality back and forth, and I still get this same awful watery, distorted static sound after importing and saving with Movie Maker.

Any help is appreciated. WMM is still my top program for my editing and I'd love to get this solved.
