The last email I received was at 9am this morning, and I have been told I have been sent several emails since.  These are work emails so I need them asap.  How do I get them to come through?  I use the browser not outlook.

I have tried restarting, logging in and out, and using another device, and they are all marked safe senders.  I do not have email forwarding set up

Thanks,

Alex

I recently started recording myself doing presentations on Power Point and am wanting to burn them onto a DVD in a movie format so it can be viewed on a DVD player.  I converted the Power Point into a mp4 movie and uploaded it to Movie Maker.  However, I am not able to burn the DVD.  The presentation is 105 minutes and my DVD's will hold up to 120 minutes, so I don't think that is the problem.  I keep getting a dialog box that states the movie might not fit on the DVD because of length and it asks if I want to continue.  I click yes, but it does nothing.  What can I do in order to get this to work?
My toolbar on the bottom of my screen has moved to the vertical position on the right side.  How do I reposition it?

<Moved from Windows / Windows 7 / Files, folders, & storage >

Hi,

I just bought a new HP computer and would like to export all of my Folders which I created in Windows Live Mail from my old HP onto my new HP. My old HP died but not before I backed up the entire hard drive. Is there a way to simply sign in or access my Windows Live Mail and transfer the folders to my new computer without involving the backup drive? These folders, of which there are probabl a hundred or so, contain e-mails that I archived over 7 years about specific topics, pictures included.

Thank you, Nora

When replying to Outlook.com email addresses that have worked for a long time, the replies are now being bounced. I get the meesage -

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 0 second(s):

Reason: The following message to ...@outlook.com was undeliverable.The reason for the problem:  550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [IP address] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (AS3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

Having been on the phone to my ISP, they asked that I try webmail, and the email appears to have gotten through. Therefore it's an issue with Windows Live Mail, running on Windows 7 on two different PCs.

How do I fix this?

I've used Photo Gallery in Windows for years (incl. WIN 10), but in August the geotagging for text location on photos stopped being entered automatically.  I know it's available because when I download a photo to another site, the city text location is picked up.  How can I fix that?  Thank you.

Each time I open up my Windows Movie maker, I can get it running right. But once I add a video or photo it stops running completely. Please help me.

Every time I go to download any movie maker software, Windows Essentials will not download.  I have Windows on my PC
