I can access my e mails, receive emails, amend my account, but all of a sudden I can't send e mails. They just stay in my 'Draft File'. I have no idea why this has happened (I haven't had a problem like this before).
Any ideas?

I logged in to my Windows live Account and I was able to send and receive email till around 10:30am. Since then I can't send or receive emails. I have tried to log out and back in but nothing happened.
What should I do?

My e mails will not send this morning , although I am receiving e mails.
All sent mails say 'sending' but go straight to Drafts
In Drafts the e mails cannot be sent and shows a message in a grey box
Your message will be sent, but we are not quite ready. Please check again in a couple of minutes.
This is now 3 hours on.
This has never happened before and is happening on 2 separate machines , a desktop and a laptop.

Is it possible for you to help me with this issue because I'm absolutely fed up keeps happening every 2 to 3 months so I don't know why every two or three months I get a different issues and I am really fed up with it now I need some help and support to solve this problem
I can receive emails, but sending them they go straight to my draft file, and won't let me view them.
This has happened just today 18/9/17 and I have used the email address before.

I was under the assumption that windows movie maker was a free application, so why now is it asking me to purchase the full version before I can render or save my project?
I have had nothing but problems with this application and am extremely disappointed and frustrated at your product. I have had this app before and deleted it due to technical problems and now have tried to reinstall it but now can not render my project as it says I have to pay before I do.
this is the last time I will use your program as I find it to be unusable most of the time and as a youtuber who tries to make a living from videos I will no longer use this product.
