Question about Outlook Express

I have THOUSANDS of photos tagged (people place etc..) using Windows live photo gallery(I think it used to be called picture it library) on my old laptop. I want to move them to my new computer but the photo software on here does not have the same tagging options. And will be heartbroken if the tags do not transfer with the photos.  I know its just tags but I spent countless hours tagging them all, it will be like a punch in the gut to lose all of that work.   

1)Why did Microsoft stop supporting it ( can't even download it now)

2)what should i use in its place to avoid this again.

3)how do i transfer them? I've seen other treads of this type of question and they are talking way above my understanding of file types etc. 

I want something just as user friendly

I am using Windows 7 on a desktop PC.   I often make photo videos with the help of Windows Movie Maker or sometimes with Windows Photo Story 3.

Normally they work fine, but recently I faced a strange problem.  I imported music to my project which was 3 minutes and 14 seconds in length.  When I played (previewed) I discovered that audio track stopped after 2 minutes and 40 seconds.  Although there were more pictures in line and I had carefully timed them according to music duration of original sound track imported.

Could any one possibly advise what has gone wrong?  Thanks in advance.

my computer was worked on and i no longer have access to my windowslive mail.

i downloaded a package with windowslive mail but i cannot access my previous account

When I bought this laptop for my journey in college, it came with all neat apps such as "Word 2016, Power Point, Excel 2016" so on & so forth...I've been away most of my life in penal institutions, therefore I'm not too savvy when it comes to technology. I wasn't given access or had the luxury of such items as a computer or even a cell phone. That being said, I'm trying to further my education but find myself having a hard time when speaking computer language..Like now all my assignments are done and submitted online. So when I'm supposed to do my essay, I don't understand what "double spaced" is? Or when "the essay is to have a one inch indent all around"? But really what I'm coming to you guys for is because all those apps I once had on here, are now not allowing me to write essays, or says it's "unlicensed"??? Or that I have to buy it? I thought it all came with the laptop? Yeah, I'm wet behind the ears to all this, but I'd appreciate any help in pointing me to the right direction of where I can go to write my essay's, paper's & all that good stuff???? My laptop is a "HP Windows 10". Thanks for your time & help....

I forgot my password to Microsoft outlook then I accidently said YES to remove my email address from that account - what do I do ??
