Question about Outlook Express

Hello. I am trying to send a new e mail but once i press 'New' then there is no space to write the recipient's e mail address but only the 'Send' and 'Attach' and 'Discard' buttons. What is it wrong?

I know this is tough for Windows to do, It's only been a part of Apple computers for about 20 years now. How do I edit movies on my computer? Windows Movie Maker doesn't exist anymore and the bs remix story stuff (that doesn't even do what movie maker did apparently) isn't available for download. Seriously Windows? Seriously?

I took videos on Christmas morning and I want to splice them together to give to my family before they leave town, but apparently that's too hard for Windows to do, it is cutting edge technology from 2005 after all! So yeah, how do I edit a video without paying 100$ for software that used to be free and is still free on competitors systems? And if you are one of the people that makes decisions for Microsoft and you are reading this then please talk to other human beings so you know how people use computers, because you don't seem to understand the very basics, oh, and screw you for making my Christmas more stressful.

For the above subject, I tried to open the .vpj file in windows media player but it doesn't support to open the file. So I need a supported codec of the player. My system is working with windows 8.1.

I need windows movie maker free upgrade to edit two or more audio at a time to mix them as overlays to be able to run on my windows. Or suggest me to download a free software, which can do my task, for editing  videos.

While I have never had any trouble in the past, I find now that I cannot open Photo Gallery I keep getting the following pop-up. Can you tell me what I am supposed to close or open to make it work?

Hello I have some people who were recognized in the Photo app under People and am wondering how to delete those people . can anyone help ?

I configured my outlook.com email account on Windows Live Mail but messages folders are just not being downloaded.  Messages in the account therefor cannot be read.  The following message has been there the whole week; yet no messages folders have appeared:

"Windows Live Mail is synchronizing this account.  Check back in a few minutes to read your messages".

I can access the account on the web but not when configured on Windows Live Mail.  Why is that so?
