not a tech person, I use photos on windows 10 to get the pictures and videos off of my cell. All used to work just fine but now since this "update" the audio in photos is now muffled and static and well just trash. any ideas to a cause or solution. thanks
I am copying large amounts of jpegs using the file explorer in windows 10 to copy from a USB external Drive to the C: drive on the computer. Some files will not copy across and display Error Code 0x80004005. Is there a cure for this problem?

Having been through the recent upgrade which I wish I had been able to prevent, I have now lost access to my emails which I received through Windows Live mail. As part of the upgrade I am invited to register a new account which I have tried to do in order to access all the stored email data I have, but to no avail. What do others think? I also lost access to all my files because the word and excel programmes were deleted as part of the so called upgrade. I have restored some free versions but am faced with hours of effort to get back to where I was before the upgrade!

I do not understand how my custom xbox gamer picture is in any way in violation of the code of conduct. It is in no way inappropriate, I am clothed, and it is no different from the gamer picture that was accepted for months. Please elaborate to me how
these images are inappropriate in any way. Both were censored with a crafting table...
