Question about Outlook Express

I recently had to reinstall windows 10 due to a virus.

My previous windows live mail had many sub folders that I would like to recover.

I cannot remember what my windows live mail password was. There is no option shown when signing on "forgot my password" - how can I retrieve or change my password?

Every time I run Windows Live Photo Gallery, a window pops up to ask me the same question,

Would you like to use Windows Live Photo Gallery to open these types of files?

JPG, TIF, ARW,…

Then I check the box opposite the line "Don’t show me this again for these file types.", then press Enter. Nothing changes, the next time I start this program, the same window pops up. I tried this a million times since the day I used Windows 7: it makes no difference whether I check said checkbox or not.

Hello, I have windows 7 and I would like to flip a video I have since it is at a 180 degree angle. I read that I could use Windows Movie Maker, but it is no longer available to download. Where could I find a copy for Windows 7?

My computer is stuck on Windows Media Player.  The notice says Media Window Media Player Error.  I can;t access email, news, blogs, printing, nothing.  Completely locked out, please help.
