Question about Outlook Express

Hello: I've successfully created a slideshow and my last slide is a very short video containing dialogue. However the entire slideshow preceding the final video slide contains music which I incorporated into it. 

My problem is that when the final slide with the video and dialogue begins to end my movie, the last couple of seconds from the song in the slide preceding it carries into the video slide and disturbs the dialogue. 

Is there a way I can eliminate that couple of seconds of music from the last slide containing the short video so it doesn't cut into or overlap the dialogue contained in the short video slide?

I accidentally deleted a draft and can't see any way in Live Mail to recover it as there aren't any 'go back' logos on this screen as far as I can see.

Is there any way of recovering a draft?

I lost my window live mail program after I reset my computer. Since I can't download it any more how can I find the contacts? I thought I was backing them up every day to an external hard drive but I can't find them there either. Once I find them, how do I import them to Outlook 2016?

I have been using Windows Live Mail 2012  (Build 16.4.3528.0031) for some time,

running on    Windows 10 Pro   Ver.1709    OSBuild.16299.248     System type- 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

I can successfully work with 2 email accounts, one on CompuServe and one on a Google mail server

I'm unable to get anything from the third server -- Webmail  -- other than error messages.

I have dug around and followed the Jan.26, 2018 thread "Need Port Numbers for Incoming/Outgoing servers for Windows Mail" which I think did help me narrow down the situation and makes me believe my problem IS with port numbers

I've used the following account properties:

Account

     *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
Servers

Incoming pop.weloop.com

Outgoing smtp.weloop.comLog on using clear text authentication

My server requires authentication

SSL is NOT specified for either server

I've run some test using various Port Numbers that have been mentioned in several Help.Docs I've run through from Webmail help and Microsoft help.  Here are three with the Port Numbers showing -

          Any thoughts on where to go from here will be GREATLY appreciated
