Question about Outlook Express

I need help I am on my third Lenovo computer in three months. I thought it was the computers but it seems to be the Windows Gallery

I cannot edit at all. Every time I go to edit a photo if I am lucky I may get a half dozen done before I get an error message that windows gallery is shutting down.  It shuts down and closes.

I use my computer only for an online clothing shop.. I have to edit my photos. I have used Gallery for years on my Microsoft computers but for some reason cannot use it on this Microsoft system.

I have repaired, removed the program and re installed it, used on Windows 8 and same issues.

I used Fix It and got one edited and thought WOW its fixed but than the next photo closed again.

I am not good with computers so I don't want to experiment with some random program.. I love this program because I am familiar and its easy for me

Please tell me what is going on.. I have tried everything I can find online and figure on my own.

Whats going on .. what else can we do ?

Will they be releasing a Windows Live Mail 2015 for the rest of us anytime soon? - Now grant it, I get it, I understand Windows 10 is here with all the new apps but maybe Microsoft can create a Mail client closely resembling Windows Live Mail 2012 & call it Windows Live Essentials 2015? I use it more than I use the built in Mail app that came with Windows 10. Don't get me wrong, I love the new built in Mail app with the People & Calendar apps too - they're great but I do enjoy bouncing back to using Windows Live Mail on my Windows 10 too. Thanks
