I have a film assignment due soon and all of my videos are working and editing, the're mts files straight from my camera however one of them is playing up. it won't open using any video player except for vlc but it take roughly 20 minutes to open. It's supposed to be a 9 minute video because that's what it says on the camera but on the computer it's only 4 minutes and stops abruptly without the full content. I've tried everything i can think of but it's not working and i can't edit it. This is starting to frustrate me.

Please help

It's 1,886,592 KB

I'm using a windows 8 computer.

Note I've tried other computers and had the same result

In Windows XP it was possible to see the tree of of all Windows Live Mail folders in Windows Explorer at ... Documents and Settings ... AppdataLocalMicrosoftWindows Live Mail.  I am unable to do the same in Windows 7.  Is there a way to do it?  Thanksl

Dear all,

Any help would be much appreciated. After upgrading to Windows 10 on my desktop, any photos taken in vertical format appear correctly rotated in Live Photo Gallery, whereas when you open them they are not rotated.

Essentially, I would like to view which pictures are rotated and which are not, so I can rotate multiple pictures at the same time.

Any help that can provided would be much appreciated!

Hi I have created a video and used i tunes music as the background, however when I save it the audio seems to disappear?

I recently downloaded Windows10; now when I am in the process of typing an email message, the font size keeps jumping from one extreme to the other.  I cannot figure out what I might be touching or anything which might be contributing to this issue nor can I figure out how to stop it.  Please help.
After restoring my computer to Windows seven after having so many issues with 10 I now cannot get my Windows live to work. I have tried to uninstall it a couple of times and then shut down computer and reinstall Windows Live again. It tells me there is an error half way through and restores back to original . When I send or open any e-mail it tells me there is a meassage saying a problem occurred. I have been working on this mess for three days. Thankyou for encouraging us to go to Windows 10. It has been an absolute time wasting disaster . G

One of my Windows Live email accounts is working fine. But the other one will not show any items in my "Sent" folder even after I have successfully sent an email. I tried a few things already:

-I switched the "Conversations" tab to "off". This fixed the same problem with my first email account, but the problem still remains for the other.

-In the "Options" tab, I've made sure to check off "Save copy of sent messages in the 'Sent Items' folder

-I removed the email account that was not working, and reconfigured with the correct servers and ports

Is there anything else that could be causing this issue?

Thanks!
