Outlook 2011 for Mac

So, I posted this in one suggested place, and I'm sending it again.  

I will send an email, and it will go through, I will send another one, and i will get 

i get Invalid MIME content Error Code -19789 

There is no HTML on the email, there's nothing attached.  even sent in regular text won't send.  

No one apparently knows what that code means... 

I've now have my emails outlook.com set up as an exchange email as well as IMAP, so when I send an email, if it won't be send via the exchange email, I can change it to the IMAP.... just have to keep looking in both folders for replies.

AutoMovie themes

Where can i find additional AutoMovie themes? yes i did read the previous posts but they were from 2012; some even 2010.  Now that its 2015 is there any additional place where I can download additional AutoMovie themes? the program doesn't come with the best selection and I do not want all my videos to look the same :-( Please help!

Cannot instal Windows mail

I have had to revert back to windows 7 and cannot install Windows mail, I get the message, The programme cant start because AP1-MS-core-libraryloader-1l-2-0 is missing from your computer try reinstalling the programme to fix. I have tried to reinstall Windows essentials but this fails , Where do I find the missing files?.

I have had this same issue and error message. Everything worked fine then one day a number of months ago my rogers emails would no longer load to the WLM account. It seems the emails I send from this account are going out but I cannot receive new messages.

I have spent many hours looking for solutions to this problem online and have tried many of the recommended fixes (check settings, disabling security software, change to plaintext. altering time out values). None of these have worked.

A few weeks ago I had a new a new hard drive installed. Surprisingly upon resetting up the WLM account, all of my emails loaded up on the first go without problem. Eureka!! I thought my problems were over and proceeded to celebrate with a beverage. Everything worked fine for a very short time (probably an hour or so) then the error message began to appear again.

Mail is working fine on the Yahoo server. I spent quite a bit of time online with a Rogers tech. He said my settings are correct and that the problem must be with WLM. He left me hanging.

This has been very frustrating. I see I am not the only one to have had this problem. Has anyone come across a workable solutions for this?

I am no longer able to post pictures from photo gallery to my facebook acct. I get a window that says" API calls from the server require an appsecret_proof argument (145) I am clueless as to what this means.  Can this be fixed or do I have to buy a non Microsoft computer to post pictures ? Any help would be appreciated  thanks
