Since yesterday I can't open my Windows Live Mail 2012. When I open it a box pops up stating: "The server you connect to using a certificate, which could not be verified." I've talked to my internet provider and they said that the problem might be "Windows Live Mail stops responding or fails to start after you install KB2454826". So I went to this Windows page and to the "Fix it for me" section and when I press the Download button the following box pops up "This Microsoft Fix It does not apply to the operating system or the software version you are using." I'm using Windows 10. Any help is much appreciated! Many thanks. Paul from Sweden.
[Original title: Windows Live Mail]
I loaded Windows Essential 2011, mainly to obtain windows Live so I could use a Bigpond email. I am using 8.1 operating system.
My problem is I now want to get Picture Gallery so I can make adjustments to photos, and it appears I did not download it when I loaded Essential 2011.
Can I now download just Picture Gallery, or do I have to delete my email program and reinstall the complete Windows Essential (probably 2012) ?
Any advice appreciated.
Upgraded from Windows 8 to Windows 10 5 weeks ago has been working fine
Two days ago Windows Live mail refuses to open. I click on the icon and nothing happens. Everything else seems ok
Any ideas?
